Definitions and Applicability

"9wkt" refers to this online gaming platform and all its associated services. "User" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related features provided by 9wkt.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in the user's own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Every withdrawal request is verified by the 9wkt security team. If unusual activity is detected, the withdrawal may be temporarily held.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

9wkt bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following general terms:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirement is 20x.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account. If the same person claims a bonus through multiple accounts, it will be considered void.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• 9wkt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply when betting and playing games on 9wkt:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any winnings or bonuses granted irregularly due to a technical error may be withdrawn at any time.
• In live betting, if there is a discrepancy in results due to network delays, the data recorded on the server will be considered final.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, a decision will be made in accordance with 9wkt's established policy.
• In any dispute regarding game results, the decision of 9wkt will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on 9wkt:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or place bets.

• Engaging in collusion betting with other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance may be confiscated. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In the case of voluntary closure, the opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided, subject to the standard verification process.
